Discover Chef Wei’s cuisine as he takes you on a culinary journey across over 20 dishes. You will discover beautiful ingredients like Kegani Japanese Hairy Crab along with premium grade, Murasaki Uni, and of course some caviar and truffles. Chef Wei is particularly appropriate to lead such a restaurant, he trained for severn years alongside acclaimed Chef Masa Takayama at the world renowned, three Michelin star, Masa in New York City.
